i was asked to insert a banner to website.
First thing i did was going to the person in charge of, my Creative Director.
I was asking where he prefers it to be. (in order to avoid doing the same job triple times as usual - designers do not have any authoritative opinion at this place.
ok, he said he wants it there and there - replacing some other images, etc etc.
And so i did.
But then, marketing director reviewed the result and asked to replace differently, thus overriding what my creative director said.
If i was asking her about which image to replace first, she was unquestionably advising me to ask my creative director and not her, as this is his duty(?).
So what we remain now? Doing the same thing again. Why? Because she can.
This happens every time. I don't remember a single job in my whole cadention when it was accepted from the very first time. Actually, if being honest, i wouldn't say it happened more than twice in whole 1 year period of my work for this company. Am i this bad at this thing? So why they wouldn't fire me?
every thing is done at least twice here, more likely triple, x4, x5 or more. this is the productivity story of xxxxx.
Live it or leave it. i can't fight it anymore.
